10.0Loved the view of the scenic Nilgiris. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. We were a family of four and the staff ensured that we have a very comfortable stay.

− Over all location ambiance.My expectation was of a resort where as it's like a home stay, which I later came to know that it is the case in almost every where in coonoor it seems. May be because of my first visit.

9.0The location is mind blowing..the concept around the fairy tale sleeping Beauty is adorable..the staff, the manager, so cordial and helpful..Chef Ram ensured the food was perfect for our family and made some dishes even on demand..the serving staff doing their bit well.thank you for making this a great trip for us.
