Pleasant apartment
7.0The apartment has almost everything you need. It’s located close to Mestre Station, making it easy to travel to and from the ancient city by train or bus. We really loved how the the place looks like. The apartment also has air conditioning, which is a great relief after a hot day outside. Towels and toiletries (shower gel, hand soap, etc.) were provided free of charge, and there’s even a washing machine with some detergent available, but no dryer.
− The owner was friendly when giving us the keys, but had serious timing issues. We informed them of our arrival time, yet they still showed up late. They said we could leave our luggage in the apartment until 10 PM after check-out, but later asked us to move it ASAP (messaging and calling begging us) to the luggage room while we were out, saying new guests were coming and we had to be there at a set time. When we arrived, the cleaner was still cleaning and no new guests were there. The owner could’ve just told us to use the luggage room from the start, as the cleaner had access and was there when we checked out. We had to end our visit to the ancient city early. The owner wasn't apologetic at all.
Very good apartment in an excellent location.
10.0Location was perfect, close to the bus stop, the railway station and the Interspar supermarket. In the apartment there was everything you need for a one-week sightseeing tour.
− The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, but we didn't have any problem with it.
