HORRIBLE! Double booked our unit or LOST our reservation, no apology nor reply from management
1.0We never got to stay at this location due to having the shorewater resort lose our reservation.
− Management never called us back. We arrived at the resort found no front desk, no one to contact. Had to drive into town to find wifi so we could attempt to contact management. We were back and forth between true key management for 2 hours. Being consistently being told someone would call us back. To be told our reservation didn't exist and would have to find alternate place to stay. After traveling by ferry, and driving to be told at 6pm we had no where to stay for the next two nights was not acceptable. We had to find alternative accommodations. Next day, we received 2 different emails confirming our reservation with a room number including, a 3rd stating they were charging us for the two nights were suppose to be staying there. When we never gained access to the unit. Management never called us back to apologize nor to provide further information into why they were charging us for a unit we never accessed.
Great location right on the beach overlooking the water.
10.0Unit was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and well appointed. Location is right on the beach with direct access to beach. Beach is great for swimming when tide is up and beachcombing during low tide. Communication from property managers was excellent.
Fine but we won’t be back. Which is too bad as my family has been staying at this resort periodically for 30 years
4.0The views, and location
− No staff on property, many things either didn’t work or were broken, wifi was awful. We’ve stayed here many times when it was locally owned. Now that it’s owned by some company the quality of service is terrible

10.0Excellent location with great views! Very comfortable space for a family of four. Amenities as described. Very clean.
− While it was cool during our July and AC was not required as a cool breeze came in nightly, the addition of air conditioning during summer months would likely be more attractive for some.
Clean, quiet and equipped with everything you may need. We will definitely stay here again.
