9.0Literally everything, the place is neat, the hosts are amazing. My family and I enjoy our stay. We were comfortable .

Overnight family stay in Pietermaritzburg house
8.0Hosts were extremely courteous and made every effort to make us comfortable. The house is spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The area is not far from the main highway, and is quiet.
− Not major things - Bathroom is functional but perhaps can do with some touches to make it better e.g. basin more sturdy, more mirrors. - Some cupboard handles were loose in the bedroom. - Some missing pieces of crockery.
This seems like a scam. I am still waiting for a refund that was promised week ago.
1.0We never stayed at the accommodation as it was under renovations at the time we booked. The agreement was that it was a mistake on their side as it was not supposed to be available for booking and that we would be refunded. We are still awaiting the refund. So basically we paid for a service that was not rendered.
− The way this refund situation is being handled. It's been over 7 days and there is no feedback nor response on the follow up being done.
