Comfort moderno e fascino tradizionale in una casa davvero speciale. ATTENZIONE AL PARCHEGGIO.
7.0La casa è davvero molto bella e ben arredata, con un piacevole equilibrio tra stile moderno e architettura tipica canaria. Dispone di tre ampie camere da letto e due bagni: uno al primo piano, più grande, con doccia e vasca, e un altro più piccolo di servizio al piano terra. I letti sono comodissimi e anche il divano è molto spazioso e confortevole. Consiglio questa casa perché è davvero spaziosa e allo stesso tempo intima. La terrazza è una vera coccola, piacevole da vivere anche nelle sere di pioggia.
− Il parcheggio è quasi impossibile. La Orotava è un paese stupendo, ma bisogna considerare che si trova in una zona quasi di montagna: è molto caratteristico, con strade molto strette e parcheggi spesso in pendenza. Consiglio vivamente di arrivare se si è automobilisti esperti e non alle prime armi, perché trovare parcheggio può risultare davvero estenuante e se si ha paura di guidare risulta molto pericoloso.

9.0Mitt i historiska delen av stan med många faciliteter omkring. Bra kontakt till hyresvärden. Man kunde sola och trivas på uteplatsen utan insyn. Smakfull inredning.

Leider schlechter als erwartet.
3.0Die Lage in La Orotava war bestens. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Die Ansprechpartner waren in der Kommunikation freundlich.
− Bei uns lief leider einiges anders als erhofft und erwartet. Zunächst kamen wir zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht in die Unterkunft, weil der Schlüssel entgegen der Ankündigung nicht in der Schlüsselbox lag. Die Unterkunft war leider auch nicht gut gereinigt, teils lag noch der Müll der vorherigen Gäste im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Der auf den Fotos toll aussehende Innenhof sah in echt bedauerlicherweise deutlich weniger schön aus, in Teilen fast schon lieblos gestaltet (z.B. hatten die künstlichen Pflanzen kaum noch Blätter und waren größtenteils zerstört). Die kommunizierten Zugangsdaten für das WiFi waren nicht korrekt, außerdem hatten wir zeitweise einen Stromausfall und mussten im Dunkeln ohne Licht auskommen (was nur unsere Wohnung betraf, die Nachbarn hatten keine Probleme). Leider haben wir auch bis zum heutigen Tage weder vom Vermieter noch von Booking.com eine aus unserer Sicht angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten erhalten.
