Lovely apartment in a beautiful location, perfect for visiting Tuscany.

Great communication with helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment, collect the keys, local supermarket, where to visit etc. The apartment has been done very nicely and is comfortable, with mostly everything you need for a two week self-catering holiday. The sun loungers on the terrace are great if you want to stay by the apartment but the pool is very clean with a lovely view over the countryside. Great location for visiting all the main sites of Tuscany with Pisa, Florence and Siena each about an hour or so away. The track down to the apartment from the main road is very bumpy so a bigger car is advisable. Very peaceful (we were the only ones there for our first week) and although there is an apartment above, there is not much noise and the rest of the residents were very friendly and respectful.

− The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, bowls, plates and mugs etc however it would have been nice to have some salt, pepper and olive oil available and there are limited cooking utensils. There is no microwave (which is stated in the listing) and note that the second bathroom (off the main bedroom) is only a toilet and sink (no shower). We would recommend a lamp and a coffee table in the lounge for the future, to make it even more comfortable. The only issues we had were that some of the lights weren't working and the bed was very creaky, which are things we would have expected to be checked before guests stay.
