Muy buen apartamento pero...

El apartamento estaba muy bien y a pie de playa. La piscina era de lo mejor.

− La agencia quiso aprovechar mi estancia para cambiar todo el conjunto de aire acondicionado proponiéndome que me quedara toda una mañana metido en el apartamento hasta que lo cambiarán. Y cuando les dije que no o que me compensarán por ello les sentó mal y me colgaron el teléfono de malas maneras. Deberían aprovechar a cambiarlo cuando no haya nadie pero no les interesa y eso que les acabe diciendo que funcionaba bien.

Ubicación, instalaciones de la comunidad, tamaño del apartamento

− Detalles pequeños pero molestos en el día a día que deberían solucionar como que para recoger las llaves te tienes que tirar al suelo, solo una llave y es necesaria para salir (teníamos que salir todos juntos), la puerta de entrada cierra mal (solo podía cerrar yo), la vitrocerámica rajada, la campana no funciona (imagínate para cocinar que no tiene ventana), en el techo del baño falta una placa (parece que estás en obras), las sabanas parecen de plástico (mala calidad), son tonterías pero para el precio que se paga por el apartamento deberían mirarlo porque hace que de estar genial el apartamento, que lo está, te vayas incomodando por tanto detalle malo.

Las vistas y la distancia a la playa. El apartamento muy bien también Estaba súper equipado. No nos faltó de nada Sofá grande y tele de 50 pulgadas. Volveríamos sin dudar.

− El ruido del aire y de la cocina. Las sábanas, pasamos mucho calor con ese material.

La ubicación y la relación calidad-precio. Además las instalaciones del residencial y la piscina están muy bien.

− No nos dejaron entrar antes a pesar de haber ola de calor e ir con niños.

Disappointed!

The view was great. Good air conditioning. White goods were fine. The staff allowed a late check out.

− It took us an hour from arriving to be able to get understandable instructions on how to get in. Eventually we were provided with a code for a key safe. We then had to go on a treasure hunt to try to find the key safe. We admitted defeat and finally was sent a video showing the hiding place. All this really stressed my disabled husband so not an auspicious start There were no basics available e.g. tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk and worse still I found crumbs in the cupboard beside the toaster when I was searching for the power base for the kettle which wasn't present so we had to use a pan to boil water the whole holiday even though I reported these things the first day. The crockery and cutlery were mismatched, some chipped and cutlery poor. There was no information available on nearest shops, things to do, entertainment, taxis, emergency services. I was under the impression that we had various apps available on the TV but I couldn't get Netflix, Prime or any of the others. The welcome email/message said we would need to carry the pool cards to use the pool. The pool was not available and there were no sunbeds either. There was no toiletries provided. We were bitten several times so maybe it would be a good investment to supply an electric bug killer. I wasn't aware it was a shingle and not a sandy beach. A lot of places were closed.
