Dom przewyższył moje oczekiwania, był bardzo duży, wygodny, czysty i miał miły klimat . Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, z trzech tarasów piękny widok na Funchal i ocean, miejsce na samochód za bramą wjazdową . Miły prezent powitalny, chętnie wrócę.

Logement très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse. Vue incroyable du salon et de la suite. La place de parking privée est un vrai plus.quelques dosettes pour le lave-linge et lave vaisselle + cadeau de bienvenue. Accès au centre ville facile(15mins pieds). Les 210 marches pour la fin du trajet retour sont un peu rudes mais la vue en vaut largement la peine.

− Nous regrettons le petit couac à l’arrivée : mauvais code d’ accès au boîtier contenant les clefs et difficultés à joindre quelqu’un. Nous avons perdu plus d’ 1 heure. Emplacement super qui souffre néanmoins des aboiements de certains chiens du quartier surtout le soir.

The property is in a safe neighborhood and close to Funchal city center, 5 minutes by car and 5 minutes to walk as well. Entrance to parking is a bit tricky but still ok. Access to the property was very easy with a pin code lock at the door to get the keys. Once you are in, you will be overwhelmed by the fantastic ocean view. We enjoyed this view every single minute during our stay so, so much. The property looks exactly like it is pictured, it is super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the garden is nicely maintained. Beds are very, very comfy, wi-fi is ok. We had small requests during our stay and communication with the people from LovelyStay was fast and very helpful at any time. From our experience they will do their best to help you in any way, answer questions and fix problems that might occur very quickly to ensure a lovely stay and vacation for you. We appreciated their welcome gift very much as well.

− The downside of the property is the neighbor’s dogs. During our stay there were four dogs living on their own on the roof top full of dog shit next door, very close to the property. They literally bark 24/7 and never stop, it made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy the beautiful terrace of the property, and we also woke up because of the dogs. Dogs around a property are normal and you will hear and see them everywhere, but this was way beyond acceptable regarding noise and heartbreaking.

The house were very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The typical Madeiran food and drink that the owners left as a welcome gift was a gesture much appreciated by us.

Great place but let down by the rude and dismissive customer service and hard access to the property

Extremely hard to get into the property. The company left the wrong set of keys in the safe box. We had a very narrow one way street to get down and no instructions on how to access the property. This was made much worse by the rude and indifferent manner of the staff who on WhatsApp told us they were contactable 24/7. When we couldn't access the property we called them numerous times and then Whatsapped them. It was the service that let them down. They then told us that we should not be phoning them! so now it was 10pm no access to the property no one able to pick up the phone. We struggled and then found a gate which we had to open with a key fb ( no instruction) that let us into the back and to a different door. We then contacted the company in the morning and explained how hard it was to access and were met with an equally rude and totally dismissive attitude. Thankfully we did not need their help the rest of the holiday or we would have been totally stuffed as zero interest in guests.

− Very hard to access the property and the very poor dismissive and frankly rude staff.
