8.0Overall, the stay was very pleasant, very nice and helpful owner, easy contact, conveniant location. Still, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The kitchen cleanliness could be better, as we found several dirty dishes in the cupboards (possibly not checked after previous guests). The bathroom although fully functional, would definitely benefit from a refresh, especially the shower area. These are relatively minor points overall, and we would still be happy to recommend the apartment. Thank you
