9.0The house was well appointed and clean. No bugs. More than enough towels, etc. Good furniture. Direct access to the lagoon and 2 kayaks available free. A small bathroom problem was taken care of by the staff within 30 minutes. I really recommend this place. Great for a family or small group of friends.
− The promised golf cart was not available until our last day because of repairs.
Worst vacation ever
1.0I did not like anything about this property
− The second we got into the property we noticed bugs all over the house. I contacted the Property Manager and made him aware of the situation. He told us to leave that he was and he will refund the money. I contacted booking explained to them the situation and they told us that they will take care of getting us the refund. That was two months ago, the Property Manager has not refunded us then money. Booking.com is saying that they’re not going to get involved because the property Manager does not pick up their phone calls and the agreement says the booking is not responsible even though we got a property full of bugs that is not up to your standards of what we agreed on. Besides the fact that the property was rated four stars. I lost $1700 Now I have to get lawyers involved. Do not rent this property. Do not rent from this website.

10.0Location, the villa, the ease of communication. This place was amazing and one thing I know for certain is that we will be back. You can swim the lagoon, the various pools, drop right into the ocean, ride your golf cart around, it is just paradise.
− No outdoor water to wash off feet after beach. No vents in the bathrooms. Everything else was a 10!!!! It is hard to come up with what we did not like, we loved it!!
