− The outside door could use a motion sensor light to make access after dark easier.

9.0Beautiful apartment very close to town and Tennessee tech. Very clean and well equipped. Spacious and airy.

10.0The location by far was better than anything I’ve seen. It’s close to everything that we wanted to do. The people were nice. The place was clean and have everything we needed.
− Only negative I could find was the stairs being an old man. It was kind of rough getting up and down the stairs, but the location completely made up for it.
