1.0− The house was dirty and it had a dreadful smell as soon as the front door was opened.At the front of the property where the bins was rubbish and an upturned cat litter tray was thrown .The bedding was dirty and the kitchen was filthy…the whole house was in a bad state of repair and smelt of cats .The bedroom upstairs had nowhere to hang clothes as the wardrobe was full of old shoes slippers and bedding.The sliding doors handles were broken. A dreadful property
