10.0It was comfortable with everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood. The home everything you need to cook meals and clean up.
We got scammed and now have to try to get our money back.
1.0Absolutely nothing! We could not even stay here.
− We had reservations to check in at 1pm or 2pm. Had an email stating so. I had reached out a few weeks prior to see if we could pay more to check in at 10am. They stated no, because check out is 11am and they promptly clean after. Well, after ignoring me for a few hours, until my husband using the ring camera, I get a call, I can tell ot is NOT the host as this guy was translated from Spanish to someone. (This is at 1pm) who tells me they have no one to clean the rental and so check in will be 4pm. I state our email states 1-2pm and this guy says there is no way because check in is always at 4pm. We had our dogs with us, we could not just stay in the heat an additional 4 hours. I told him we would like a refund, he states they don't do refunds and I have to deal with booking.com. we had to soend $350 more to find a new place to stay. Then get an email at 4pm that this place is ready and that "oh, we did find where it said 1-2pm reservation, but that was an error". We never stayed. And the photos of just the outside did not make the listing. Trashed yars, no grass all cheat grass, caution tape everywhere. The location is VERY sketchy, I can only imagine how bad the inside would have been!!!!

10.0Everything was great, a walk into downtown takes about 15 minutes, it is very close to the lovely museum of arts
