10.0Beautiful grounds that are well maintained by Kath. The house is comfortable and clean, with lots of options for outdoor and indoor cooking. The property is within walking distance to a pine forest, perfect for pine mushies in the right season. The kids loved the animals and chatting with Kath. It was a secluded property and safe enough for the kids to wander on their own. Kath was there to help when we needed, giving us some advice on local sites, especially Tantanoola caves and the pines sinkhole where we spotted an endangered spiny yabbie. It was a tucked away gem. Town is about 15-17 mins away, and is very established with plenty to see, eat and do.
− If you enjoy country living and a gorgeous view, there isn't anything not to like. Just make sure you bring some wellies in the wet season so you don't have to dry shoes in front of the fire as there will be morning and evening frost in the paddock. But if you don't like the paddock, there is plenty to explore!

10.0Absolutely loved the house and the gardens. It was beautiful and clean and so comfortable. Relaxing with lots to do and see. The perfect combination.

− Hearting was a challenge. I appreciated there was a washing machine but not having a dryer proved difficult especially during the winter months of attempting to dry clothing. The pool was not usable as it isn’t heated.
Great place to get away from it all. Great place for you dog with lots of space for running around and long walks.
