I feel like I was misled by the advertising. The apartment was priced higher than many comparable options, but it offer

− No Wifi. Although we booked primary on having wifi No working phone in room. Reported and they did not take an action. Has to go down to desk every time i needed something. Cold breakfast every day. I ask then to send it warm especially the eggs no no luck

6.0Good Location, View and room size.
− Cleanliness was very poor for the room we checked in. It appeared that it was neglected for long time and no actual inspection prior to check in. Staff tried to recover service and offered to clean, then offered to move us to another bigger room on a lower level. Cleanliness needs to be improved and assigned to professional cleaners and house keeping that pays attention to details of the room. Communication was not the best, the staff would happily acknowledge making you feel appreciated then they do nothing about your request that you need to ask again! Also wifi was not working during our stay. Overall, it has a great potential if these points gets addressed.
