Secure car parking. Very friendly neighbours. Spacious and clean. Short walk to nearby Circumvesuviana stations.

− Wi-Fi was unreliable and we also had to ask the hostess for the password, a welcome handbook with information would have been more helpful than the signs on walls. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Spacious apartment near Pompeii, but needs improvements

On the positive side, the location was excellent, very close to Pompeii and within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, in good condition, and fairly clean. Having parking inside the property was also a big plus.

− Unfortunately, our stay was not as smooth as expected. The hot water didn’t work during our time there, so we had to take cold showers. Also, we were only informed about the tourist tax one day before check-out, and it had to be paid in cash, we would have appreciated more advance notice. Additionally, the building was under construction, and we had not been notified about this beforehand. Finally, we were not provided with an invoice, which was inconvenient.

4 night stay, great potential but disappointing

The appartment was spacious with two big rooms and two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Electric blinds on windows, mosquoto nets (you need them!) And air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge. The property was cool despite the scorching heat outside. Washing machine and clothes rack included. Kitchen was a good size with big fridge freezer. Lounge with a beautiful wooden big table. Secure parking for a car behind electric gates. Good location to get to Pompeii by foot.

− On arrival we realised the property was undergoing major renovations and had scaffolding on the front and back, and the patio area was a building site. There were cables hanging in the corridors of the building. Water in the shower was cold. The kitchen cooker only had 2 out of 4 burners working which made cooking awkward. No cooking knives and pots and pans had seen better days. Every time we tried to use the grill or the oven the power went off. We had quite regular power cuts. The longest one lasted 2h and the host didn't come to resolve the problem because she was at work. The area around the property was quite run down and the property is accessed by a one way very narrow street where cars go quite fast, so not very safe to walk on.

Dom jest położony w dzielnicy mieszkalnej, a jego położenie jest optymalne aby odwiedzić wszystkie ciekawe miejsca w okolicy. Niedaleko znajduje się stacja kolejowa, skąd można pojechać m.in. do Neapolu. Właściciele domu bardzo mili i pomocni. --- The house is located in a residential area, making it ideal for visiting all the area's interesting sites. The train station is nearby, offering connections to destinations such as Naples. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Lokalizacja blisko atrakcji turystycznych, bliskość Wezuwiusza. Spokojna dzielnica, nieskomplikowany dojazd, jednak drogą jednokierunkową, więc trzeba uważać żeby nie przejechać. Zagwarantowany prywatny parking - bezpieczny zamknięty bramą. Duże, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z dwoma łazienkami. Wydolna klimatyzacja. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

− Dodatkowo płatne korzystanie z kuchni? (niespotykane przeze mnie do tej pory). Nie korzystałam, więc i nie płaciłam ale informacja na ścianie była. Trwający remont budynku (siła wyższa).

Incredible value for what you pay. A huge apartment in a quiet building, and they give you your own small parking lot (large enough to fit several cars) right in front of the building. The location is incredible. It’s within walking distance of the ruins of Pompei, and there are countless wonderful attractions within an hour’s drive. Consider living there when you explore Naples. I slept well there. The owner is friendly and accommodating.
