1.0− They did not pick up my calls when I called to ask for location. Their location could not be found hy locals. The location on map was wrong and I spent 2 hours searching for the place with 2 different drivers. I called them over 15 times and no one picked at the given number. Only once the call was picked by someone rude who told me to let them sleep and call later even when I told them i am stranded and lost and need them ro explain the route to the driver. Lost unhelpful and rude.

1.0Nothing, a total disaster of a stay. I don't understand the reviews (more than likely fake)
− FILTHY, INCONSIDERATE STAFF, FOREIGNERS STAY CLEAR THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS EVEN AT THE SAME PRICE!!!! Staff purposely allocated us to the worst possible room - dirty, poorly maintained, dirty toilets, door had no lock either and when we reported this they said the key is lost and we will call someone to make another key which just wasted 1 hour of our time. They expected me to leave my belongings in the room without a lock!!! Very concerning. When I asked to move us to a different room with a key they started asking for more money (potentially a scam tactic?). The considerate thing to do would have been to apologise the room does not have a key and move us to a different room without attempting to charge us more for the room rate. The area is also not very great, however there are lots of small shops for everyday items. Did I mention how dirty the toilets were? 0/10 stay. We couldn't wait to check out. Luckily we only suffered for one night
