Lovely house in a great location
10.0Comfortable, well equipped house in a lovely location. Short, pleasant walk to Hawkshead village on a footpath across the fields. Lovely to see the lambs in Spring. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great Location but property needs some TLC
5.0Property location (short 10/15min walk into Hawkshead), outlook to rolling feilds, and size.
− Property is suffering from damp both smell and visibly with some black mould in bedrooms. Main bed mattress had a deep dip in it, and needs replacing. Carpeted areas were dirty, possibly due to the vacuum cleaner that wasn't very powerful. Upon arrival only one toilet roll was provided, for two bathrooms. The high chair supplied hadn't been cleaned.
A perfect getaway
10.0The accommodation was first class and lovely. In a great location and set in well maintained gardens. The quality of the property especially the bathroom and ensuite were very good.
