Great location. Accommodating host.
10.0Location is 3 minute walk to beautiful piazza with cathedral/duomo/bell tower. Huge marketplace with fresh fruits, incredible cheeses, homemade breads and jams, etc. Has a small lift to get your luggage up to 1st floor. Lots of space, big dining room table to accommodate all the great food we bought at the marketplace.
− Uses electronic internet-based locking/unlocking system which was easy but needed it to exit the building which seems a bit chancy since you need to rely on your phone to get out of the building in an emergency. Once check-out time arrives, it doesn't work. Had to message the host to help us leave the building since we had arranged a late checkout but the app wasn't updated. Host responded very quickly but it was stressful while we were "trapped" in the building.
Best place for family stay with nice location and the great host
9.0Complete facilities for a family stay, impressed by the detailed items availability specifically in Kitchen, from cooking to washing. Quick response from host for every message and request.
− Entry into the gate the first day as it was dark but once I found the switch for light it was all good
