− While it says you can pay at the property, as soon as you book, they will starting reaching out for advance. As soon as you pay, they will start finding someone else who can pay higher. It’s not hospitality, it’s basically whoever bids higher for the room. Also, once you book, you are on your own. You need to find the exact place in a large property complex, going door to door asking if this is the place. And when you find it after searching for 2 hours while your family waits on the road, it’s locked! Then you try to get in touch with the lady who called for advance, who asks you to call the caretaker because she doesn’t care. You call the caretaker, he lives 30 mins far and says yeah okay I ll come now, please wait outside. Then finally when you go in, the bathroom is leaking with water all around, the terrace which looks in good in pictures is actually shabby, old and dirty. Then you try to find some peace in the little remaining time, then they will start harassing for rest of the money (which you are worried if you pay they might ask you to move out or turn off the water or something), but they keep harassing you and the family. This property might be worth 1-2K, not 10-12K they ask for.

Any kind of flammable substances like Gas, petrol, diesel should not be used inside the property.
Small pet breeds are allowed and they will be charged extra. Pets should be potty trained. All litter/waste to be removed and disposed of properly by the guest.
