− Took us a while to work out how to get in. Would prefer to leave tax in a drop box and there was some confusion with having to send images of our passport as a requirement for the property when Booking.com specifically states not to share passport information

10.0Расположение просто идеальное ,я как раз такое искала — апартаменты находятся в самом центре Трастевере, вокруг много отличных ресторанов и баров продуктовых магазинчиков .Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.Вечером тут очень весело. Огромный плюс — организованное самостоятельное заселение. Инструкции были четкими и понятными, я без проблем забрала ключи. Клаудио(с морем терпения) всегда на связи, отвечает моментально и искренне помогает разобраться со всеми вопросами. Сама квартира чистая, уютная и отлично укомплектована.На кухне есть всё для приготовления еды-это очень удобно.Чудесная стиральная машинка .А шумоподавляющие окна-это просто сказка.Все народные гуляния остаются на улице-в доме-тишина.Кондиционеры выше всяких похвал,мне хватило одного,но в квартире их два. Я очень рада,что нашла это чудное место и обязательно сюда вернусь.

Was average stay Claudio did everything possible to fix the water issue and even brought us a croissant
7.0Was close to many restaurant and a short 15 min drive to many main sites. We had to call Claudio 2x we ran out of hot water 2 days and he had to come fix the issue he was responsive but it was an inconvenience after a long day.
− P If you rent a car parking is difficult during the day is not a problem but after 5:00 PM it was very difficult to get to our place because of all the people eating in the streets
