− We were told to pay a damaged old corroded shower head. The owner claiming it to be worth 1,500 pesos when it doesn't have to be the whole set be replaced. Claiming for a labor fee yest wants us to pay for the wrench tool used to fixed the shower. The damaged shower head is already old and corroded that it was prone to damage.

9.0The area i like itnot too far from the malls and etc. Actually, the entire house is not bad, nice and aircon upstairs so nice and the kitchen has a basic needs what you need.. wifi is good tv and kitchen... The staff is really approachable and friendly they're concern about our needs in there.. Night time nice it is quiet neighbourhood ehich really nice to sleep.. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your cozy home!
− Parking can disturb your rest when neighbours want to go out, then uptairs water too slow ..but still fine Dining area a bit humid..but over all are niceto stay :)
