2.0− Apparently toilet paper is only offered once. the customer service was too bad, took days to answer one message. Also the front door is dirty and no one cleans it, when I first arrived the smell was horrible.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

10.0It’s self-contained en-suite studios with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave in the rooms and there’s also access to a communal kitchen including a washing machine and ironing facilities. Perfect as a home away from home as opposed to a hotel. The location isn’t great but that’s fine because there’s easy access to transport.

− The immediate surroundings of the building were very dirty and unkempt. The security of the place was questionable. I had a security scare and called the people who promised to check the cameras and call back. They never did till I left
