When there's no other choice.
4.0It was close to Liverpool Street Station
− 1. Wi-fi was shared so connection was very bad. 2. Keys needed to be picked up at the station baggage store 3. Hallways and building was filthy 4. Very noisy ... bin lorries coming past at 3am and workers arriving to shops and cafe's from 0430 onwards 5. Stairs were dangerous, very narrow and steep. 6. There's no way this place was signed off by the council ... No PAT certificates and any other compliance or regulatory requirements met (I run my own AirBNB and this would never have passed)

1.0− Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this property through Booking.com and from the moment we made the reservation, we were unable to get hold of the host. We tried calling, sending messages directly, and contacting them through Booking.com, but received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, the booking was cancelled by the host just two hours before our scheduled check-in time on the day of arrival. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to our trip. A complete lack of communication and reliability. If you value certainty and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
