La présentation du logement ne correspond pas à la réalité.
3.0La literie est de bonne qualitée, l'équipement dans l'ensemble est correct, malgré une porte de cuisine en mauvaise état et les chaises extérieures détériorées.
− L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, dans une résidence touristique assez vieillotte et construite sur une lagune. Pas de connexion wifi et mauvaise connexion internet dans le logement, pas de piscine et de plage privée comprises dans la réservation, le tout en supplément. Cela peut être trompeur suivant les informations présentes dans la réservation. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le commerce du propriétaire à 5 min à pied. La zone géographique est trop excentrée des centres touristiques 1h environ de Castel del monté, Barletta, Lucera, Sant Angelo et 1h30 de Bari le tout en voiture.

− Ongezellige, onveilige en onhygiënische accommodatie. Schimmel in de badkamer, prullenbak zonder deksel en veel te kleine zak. Bedden zonder matrasbeschermer wat zeer onhygiënisch is. Keuken lade die met tape is vastgeplakt, stopcontact direct achter de keukenkraan. Scheuren in de muur. Kapotte tuinstoelen. Daarbovenop een verhuurder die aangeeft dat we blij mogen zijn dat hij ons als gast wil ontvangen, wanneer wij deze punten aangeven!

10.0Excellent. L’accueil est chaleureuse. L’appartement est très calme et à quelques minutes de la mer. Possibilité de prendre un accès aux au transats ou à la piscine en payant un supplément. L’offre avec le petit déjeuner est superbe.
