− I booked the place and on my Way to the place I got an email saying the is a guest who extends their stay so my check in was at 3 and this guest will leave at 5 then I said it's OK, we drove around then when we get there around 6 still we didn't have the room we sit outside till 8 o'clock late and they offered us another place and it was totally different then the one we have booked the hurtful part is that during all this the is no one to assist the person was helping us is the security guy .when we call for refund they were so rude .😒 🥹💔

Just proximity to the airport

− Upon arrival it took ages for someone to open for us. The room I selected on booking was spacious with a couch and kitchenette only to be shown a little room one small step from the bed to the left you are at the window, one small step from the foot of the bed you are at the exit door and one to the right you are already in the bathroom with no door, there is no space to open it from either way. The room was not clean, I was unpacking a few items to use within minutes the white socks i was wearing were dirty underneath. There was only a fitted sheet which looked like it was not even changed and a duvet, with no flat sheet, we slept on top of the duvet, it just felt filthy to sleep in them.

The stay was great but the welcoming was horrible

It was clean

− There is no receptionist, got there and had to wait by the gate for 15 min. A guest let me in, when I got into the premises there was no guide as to where the room is, no one to tell me where and how to get the keys. I took a morning flight and I really needed to rest but spent almost half an hour trying to figure out how to get into the room 💔💔
