1.0− Booked here for a night and location showed it was in the town of Cotacachi but turns out the location was wrong, got to the address which was a random house, luckily the lady there suggested another hostel (ended up being way more expensive but was the only option). I called and messaged multiple times on WhatsApp and regular phone calls and never received a response.
