10.0We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant visit. What truly made our experience special, however, was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the lovely couple who manage the hotel. They welcomed us with genuine warmth, always greeted us with a smile, and were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Their care and willingness to assist made us feel more like guests in their home than customers in a hotel. It is rare to meet people who are so sincere, thoughtful, and dedicated to ensuring their guests have a memorable experience. They are a true credit to Vietnamese hospitality. Thank you for your generosity and kindness. We will always remember your warm welcome and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with truly exceptional hosts
− Suggestions for further improvement: My only suggestions are to place greater attention on providing clearly identified Halal food options, as Vietnam is becoming one of the world's most promising tourist destinations and is attracting an increasing number of Muslim travelers. Offering more halal choices would make the country even more welcoming to international visitors. I also recommend providing an iron and ironing board for guests, as this is a simple but very useful amenity that significantly enhances the comfort of travelers, especially families and those on longer stays.
We rented bikes for 50,000 VND from the home stay for the day which allowed us to explore Ninh Binh
10.0We loved everything about this property. Very central in Tam Coc so an excellent location. Literally a swimming pool at our door step, and a fabulous breakfast that kept us full for the day. We had dinner here one evening and there was a huge variety of food and very tasty. You eat at the tables beside the lake which has a beautiful view. We stayed here for 4 nights. On check out, our bus want leaving until 8pm so the hosts kept our bags and let us use the pool for the day and shower before our bus. They were also very accommodating with check in as we arrived during the night and clear instructions were left so we could get to our room straight away. I would recommend for anybody to stay here
