7.0+ Super Freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber + Tolle Lage fast direkt am Strand + Ausstattung Modern und in gutem Zustand + Bett sehr bequem (wenn man gerne etwas härter Liegt) + Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe + Unkomplizierter Check-In + Für 2 Personen perfekte Größe
− - 3ter Stock ohne Aufzug mit sehr engem Treppenhaus, für Körperlich eingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. - Durch die Lage direkt an der Promenade/Tram recht laut, Schlafzimmer ist aber in Ordnung von der Lautstärke - Bei uns kam leider durchgehend extrem unangenehmer Abfluss-Geruch aus dem Badezimmer. Konnte zwar nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber etwas eingedämmt werden aber nicht vollständig abgestellt. - Parkplatzsuche Grausam 🥴

8.0Schöne Einrichtung, super Lage, super sympathischer Eigentümer der uns wirklich zeitig alle Infos geschickt hat und auch sonst immer zu erreichen war🤟🤟🤟😇😇😇💪💪💪die Lage ist nahe der Straßenbahnstation, 🚃🚃🚃direkt an der Einkaufsstraße 👛und 100m zum Strand🏖️👙und gute Restaurants in der Nähe!
− Balkon war von der Firma nicht gereinigt!
