Cancelled our booking less than 2hrs before check in.
1.0The hosts cancelled our booking less than 2hrs before check in claiming a maintenance issue when Booking.com stated it had been overbooked. We had to return home with our 3 and 6yr old and the plans for the wedding we were involved in were ruined the following day were ruined.
− The hosts do not respond to anything. I wrote to the owner of the company over a week ago about how we were treated and have not even had a curtesy response.
Comfortable, adequate for short stays.
8.0The location was fine. I didn’t expect to pay £35 for the privilege of verifying myself! Also was the details that were sent on the app deleted afterwards - data protection question - I don’t want my passport information kept as per GDPR

8.0Ideal location for town centre.
− The bathroom was a bit small, and the sink was not ideal to use. The furniture in the lounge looked good but it wasn't that comfy. Dinning chairs legs seemed loose, so I didn't use them.
A very well equipped and comfortable property with easy access to the town centre.

− The bathroom. Accessible through both bedrooms, but had no locks on the doors and the light and fan were on a motion sensor. This meant nocturnal visits lit up the bedroom.
