10.0Located at edge of Kabini river, resort is very beautiful, clean and very specious. There is space between Villas, so lot of privacy. They arrange tribal dance/events and barbacues which is entertaining. Families with kids, couples and even old people have can enjoy
− They offer buffeut for lunch, dinner and breakfast. It has a good spread of veg and non veg, but it starts to get boring as the spread is mostly same items.

− Bathroom cloging and bath tub did not had had shower also the door mats were not there, balcony was not maitained and there were no lights to the path way for stairs had to use mobile torch

Excellent food, very attentive staff, excellent location by the river, can improve on teething issue
7.0What was good - excellent food (especially the buffet), very attentive staff, excellent location by the river. Activities were nice - indoor games, bullock cart, cycling, massage etc.
− What could improve - 1. Frequent power cuts 2. Still new, so work going on - grass being laid near the river, kayaking and coracle not available 3. No official liquour license yet 4. While such WIP issues are okay for a new property, the rate is premium. Can have discounted rates till the facility is fully up up and running
