4.0− The host really needs to put up some signage to remind people to turn off the bathroom heater after use. I stayed in Room 3, which is the closest to the shared bathroom. Other guests kept leaving their showers with the wall heater running flat out. The constant buzzing noise made it impossible to get any sleep. I actually had to drag myself out of bed twice in the middle of the night just to turn it off for them.

4.0The location is good.
− The communal areas are dusty and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroon, with the paint swelling on the ceiling. Oven knobs removed, so the guests can't heat their food. Similarly, the towel rail is disabled. No heating in the living area. The carpet in the bedroom smelled so bad we had to open the window despite the freezing temperature. No outside light, making walking up and down the steps in the dark unsafe. Overall: very disappointing.
