− water pressure was rather low, aircond was not cool, even on at 16 degrees celcius, beds were not comfy at all, too soft

− The mattress was too soft, not comfortable, shower water pressure very low, difficult to bathe. Water filter not accessible in the morning...cannot refill our water bottles before we checked out
