7.0Nicely renovated from inside, very modern. Good location, walk to the beach and local park.
− The building itself looked pretty old specially the car park. The property texted that car park is only for a small car. We could not park our car in the car port. This was not advised at the time of booking. There was no washing powder or dishwashing tablets provided so we could not use the washing maching and the dishwasher. We paid $500 per night and were expecting the basics to be provided.

6.0The apartment was nicely appointed, renovated stylishly. Quite comfortable
− Wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Dirty and smelly clothes under couch, brown stained face washer under main bed. 4 pot lids for 2 very scratched/rusted pots. We had to purchase a clean pan and knife, there was only a paring knife available. Small note folded under a cushion that said "pig", looked like was placed there, not forgotten or missed. Freezers had frozen something g in the bottom of ut and sandwich press had cheese still baked into ut.

− Too close to the adjacent apartment. On our last night, the neighbors were too noisy until well into the early morning.
