I often stay, but this visit was disappointing
3.0This is an excellent location situated close to East Park Mall
− Room 108: Toilet didn’t flush, leak from toilet area, only one towel initially offered, poor shower head spray, electricity failure in morning having to get up and walk in darkness, one socket only on other side of room, no bin in bathroom, bin mechanism in room resulted in bin lid flying off, tooth brush/ shaver socket not working, bent toilet paper holder not working etc. I could go on and on. These issues indicate that this was not worthy of a 4- star hotel. Were it not for the fact that we were leaving early next day, I would have asked for another room.
Excellent facility and Staff hospital is great
8.0Great location and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
− Restaurant should be kept opened for longer into the night and check-out time should be 11:00 instead of 10:00 to allow guests who arrived very late to have a bit of sleep in the morning without having to rush out to breakfast and check-out.
It fair good, Breakfast was veyr good.
7.0Facility is very good but luck attention to detail in the rooms and some fittings needs improvements.
− No spoons , 1 towel for a twin room and wifi need improvement.
