10.0Апартаментът се намира в центъра на града, в едно блокче на четвъртия етаж. Няма асансьор, но това не е проблем. Настаняването е бързо и лесно. Паркомясто може лесно да се намери пред блока. Връзката със собственика също е лесна. Той е много сговорчив. Чистотата в апартамента е на много високо ниво. Има достатъчно завивки и възглавници. Леглата са изключително удобни. Обзавеждането е модерно. А в кухнята има всичко, което е необходимо на една домакиня. Снимките в сайта са достоверни. Препоръчвам апартамента. При следващо посещение на Перник, отново бихме го посетили.
