10.0Host was great and very attentive, if I needed something it was dropped off, we are from 4 hours away and was staying in Falkirk to be close to the hospital and this apartment had everything we needed.

4.0The apartment on first impression was good until we opened doors in the kitchen. The oven was absolutely disgusting with a build up of grease and food debris..The cutlery and crockery needed a wash before use. The towels supplied were thin and very small and not fit for purpose.
