Perfect location at SoCal♡

Best host I have ever experienced with a fantastic, spacious, well equipped apartment

The host was fantastic, super friendly and helpful and gave lots of information regarding our stay. Within the apartment there was everything you could ever possibly need - plus extras! All brand new appliances installed, the washer/dryer was brilliant! The fully stocked coffee machine was a lovely addition and set you up nicely for a beautiful morning coffee on the huge balcony. The pool area, courts, and general areas were beautifully maintained and the majority of residents were friendly (would say to avoid pool area at weekends though if with kids as drinking seems to be the main event!). Location was 10/10 with everything you could ever need only 1 street away and easy connection to main highways. It was super quiet in evenings and would 100% stay again.

− The apartment door did not lock from inside and could be opened to the outside corridor (no one from outside could get in of course!) Having young kid with me this meant I had to put suitcase in front of door each night for peace of mind.

청결하고 편리한 주방 및 거실이 있는 1 bed room 아파트에서 휴가 기간 동안 가족이 편히 쉬면서 맛있는 음식도 직접 요리할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장도 있어서 따스한 캘리포니아 햇살을 받으며 수영할 수 있어서 좋았고, 가까운 거리에 해변 쇼핑몰 관광명소가 있어서 정말로 perfect location 이었던 것 같습니다. 기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

− 처음 방문할 경우 주소 혼동이 발생하여 구글맵에서 근처 학교 주차장으로 안내하여 숙소에 전화하여 다시 찾아가는 일이 있었습니다. 주소 안내를 정확히 해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 공동출입 키가 작동하지 않아 곤란한 점이 있었습니다. 화장실 휴지가 부족하여 외부에서 사온 적이 있습니다. 입실 전 휴지 수량채크 필요합니다.

The location was perfect for our needs. It was very close to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.

− There is really nothing I could add that I didn’t like about the property.

Location, The complex had everything you need, property owner was so lovely and helpful

− The WiFi kept dropping out which affected the TV’s aswell as our phones which was a little annoying but not the end of the world

It was convenient, clean and safe. The only trouble I had was initially finding it, because for some reason, Google Maps shows the address in the middle of Newport Harbor High School (which is further southwest on Irvine.). The instructions from the owner did help find it after driving around the block a few times.
