Nos asignan una habitación sucia y utilizada por otra familia.
1.0Una vez nos asignaron una habitación sin hacer y muy sucia, la encargada tomo las decisiones adecuadas y resolvió la situación en un período breve de tiempo. Enhorabuena a ésta trabajadora!!
− La nula simpatía ni ganas de agradar en recepción por parte de una chica morena con gafas y hacernos esperar hasta las 5 de la tarde para entrar y que la habitación que nos asignan está sin hacer, sucia de los últimos huéspedes.

9.0La ubicació és perfecte. Les instal·lacions dels apartaments estan molt bé, estàvem en dos apartaments de 6 persones i cadascun té 2 banys. La cuina bastant ben equipada.
− Hi ha alguns elements una mica vells o poc cuidats als banys i les cuines. Al nostre apartament la nevera no anava bé i tenia gel i va caure un fluorescent del bany.

Please note that the access to Apartaments Vall de Núria is via the Núria Rack Railway only.
Please note that the parking is located on the Ribes-Vila cog railway station, in the town of Ribes de Freser.
Kindly note that the new year's eve has an extra supplement per person 155 EUR adult - 75 EUR children without board or with breakfast and 125 EUR adult 65 EUR children with half board or full board.
