Excellent castle experience, very bad hotel experience

− The staff seemed to have no idea how to run a hotel or restaurant Bed was small, restaurant in courtyard noisy at nighttime. Very warm, no fan or air conditioning. Were not allowed to eat dinner or breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view.

− Rapporto qualità prezzo giustificato solo da una location straordinaria abbinata a un prezzo sostenibile. Purtroppo i servizi non si sono rivelati all’altezza delle aspettative. Si giustificherebbe anche un prezzo maggiore in presenza di servizi di più alto livello

3.0The swimming pool was nice and the view from the castle. The concept of staying in a castle in Italy
− The road to the castle is very poor with no passing places so need to use the two people with radios to enter or exit. The room had no where to sit comfortably to enjoy the view. All of the outside chairs are rusted without cushions so not an enjoyable experience. They advertise hot tubs and saunas which are there but not functional. If you are in any way unsteady on your feet don’t visit as it’s a historical castle with little thought for access. This seems such a missed opportunity.
