We are two old soldiers visiting the area to meet up with old colleagues, we had a great time and hope to visit again

− The towels were of poor quality, they need a non-slip mat in the shower for safety reasons. The apartment was described as two bedroom, it was one bed with sofa bed in lounge, there appeared to be a trap door in the ceiling, maybe the other bedroom was up there, this needs to be in the apartment description. It was of no use to two seventy year olds at all. The blinds in the bedroom had slats missing so when the sun came up, you were up, the lounge blinds onto the balcony had slats adrift. Being on the 3rd floor got our knees a bit , maybe put on description 3rd floor location, no lift.

− Ein Hinweis, dass das 2-Bett-Zimmer über eine Dachluke mit Treppe zu erreichen ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Es ist somit nicht nicht für alle Personen nutzbar.

− Geschirr und Küchengeräte nicht sauber. Nur 3 kleine Löffel, keine tiefen Teller, keine Weingläser. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Keine Spiele oder Bücher für Kinder vorhanden. Unklare Infos bezüglich Schlüsselcode, Müll und WLAN. Der Parkbügel lässt sich nicht mit dem angegebenen Code öffnen, sondern mit dem Haustürcode....Weitere Infos auf Zetteln und Mails widersprechen sich ebenfalls. Laute Lüftung im Bad, kaputte Jalousien. Keine Vorabinfo darüber, dass das zweite Zimmer nur durch Dachluke erreichbar ist. Cannabisgeruch im gesamten Haus. Unmöglich mit kleinen Kindern. Trotz 5 angemeldeter Personen nur 4× Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Hameln war schön, aber die Wohnung war deutlich besser fotografiert als ihr tatsächlicher Zustand.
