Lovely apartment, great stay

The apartment was only 15min walk to Lakeside Shopping Center with lots of restaurants. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything I needed for 1 night stay including free parking. I got in touch with the host and she always replied straight away and was very helpul. I would book it again!

- The apartment was clean and looked properly maintained. However, the plates, cups and cutleries seemed to have gathered dust and some even had stains. - The bathroom had essential toiletries and cleaning products for those who like to clean the toilets and bathrooms themselves before use (which I found really useful). I would suggest providing a mop for the floor, especially for the kitchen area. We had to improvise during our stay.

− - The host has to be the most unfriendly host I have had to interact with so far. They kept demanding for £50 deposit to be sent days before check-in even though the property policy states that this is required on arrival. I rightly told them we would do this on arrival, yet, they refused to send the check-in details. We got to the property at about 18:20, sent the deposit without seeing the host. We tried calling the host severally and couldn’t reach them until about 18:50. When we did reach them, they were indifferent to our complaint and instead implied that we could have avoided this if we had sent the deposit earlier. We were left stranded outside the property for about 40mins because the host refused to stick to their property policy. - The property is quite small compared to what is shown in the pictures. Best for 1 person. - Beware: there is a camera just by the entrance into the property. For transparency and data protection purposes, the host should have made it known on the listing that the property was under surveillance. - The boiler in the bathroom is quite a noisy one. When you open the tap in the bathroom most times it makes a loud noise like the blast of a train horn. This is particularly frustrating at night, when someone has to use the bathroom and there’s a loud noise that wakes up the other person.

An absolute pleasure to stay at this lovely clean and welcoming property.

The place was clean , fresh with amenities that catered for all. the location was easy to find, the hosts were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. the price was very reasonable and it was a pleasure to stay at this property. i will definitely stay here again and would readily recommend this property to others.
