6.0Buona la dimensione del monolocale. Ottima posizione con un minimarket nelle vicinanze e un buon parcheggio. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva in centro a piedi.
− Il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare, sopratutto la doccia. Pulizia da migliorare. La cucina ha visto tempi migliori, le dotazioni non brillavano per qualità e pulizia. Da migliorare anche la rapidità e la cortesia di risposta da parte del proprietario (la comunicazione è solo a distanza). Non guasterebbero maggiori informazioni sul funzionamento della casa e un'accoglienza più calorosa. Consiglio di installare l'aria condizionata in modo da offrire maggior comfort sia in estate che nelle mezze stagioni (a inizio ottobre faceva molto freddo e umido ma il riscaldamento era ancora spento).
