10.0Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Zu Fuss erreicht man den nächsten Einkaufsladen (Edeka) in ca. 5 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist auch ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. In die Stadtmitte sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Geparkt kann hinter dem Haus werden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Perfekte Lage und viel Komfort für Rostock und Umgebung
10.0Tolle Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe mit Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Sehr nette Vermieterin, zentrale Lage in Rostock und für Ausflüge nach Warnemünde. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Extra Wünsche für Schlüsselübergabe wurden erfüllt.

9.0Mycket trevlig lägenhet belägen i ett lugnt område men nära centrala Rostock. Parkering fanns. Värdinnan trevlig och hjälpsam. Mataffärer på nära avstånd.

9.0Sehr nette Gastgeberin, umfangreiche Ausstattung in der Wohnung, eigener Parkplatz, tolle Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, dennoch nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof oder zur Altstadt.
− Leider nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne

10.0Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war alles vorhanden, auch in Küche und Bad. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin . Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten in die City, zu Fuß. Ansonsten kann man mit der Karte der Citytax den gesamten Nahverkehr kostenlos nutzen.
