− Somente uma reclamação: o horário da brinquedodeca. Iríamos fazer check out às 12h, esperávamos poder usar o espaço, porém só abre às 12h. Estávamos com 2 crianças, e essa situação foi decepcionante.
Excelente e Leve
10.0O café da manhã é farto e muito gostoso. A única observação é que a tapioca é oferecida em dias alternados e poderia ter todos os dias. Os quartos são todos bem amplos, muito confortáveis. A limpeza é excelente e a estrutura geral também. Jantamos quase todos os dias no hotel e o cardápio é bem variado e tudo muito bem feito, tudo muito gostoso. O elogio vai especialmente para os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante. Absolutamente tudo o que pedimos foi atendido e víamos sempre uma real vontade de atender, ainda que não fosse possível. Tivemos alguns problemas com pagamento e com a escolha do quarto (por questões pessoais, nada relacionado ao hotel) e prontamente eles nos atenderam e nos deram suporte em tudo para atender e nos deixar confortáveis. Esses funcionários são o brilho do hotel e tornam a hospedagem muito diferente. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos e eles estão de parabéns! Muito do que nos faz querer voltar é por isso, a atenção e o excelente atendimento.

9.0Café da manhã excelente na variedade e qualidade. Piscina grande. Área comum bonita, salvo as partes em reforma. Atendimento cortês e atencioso. Área de brinquedos para as crianças bem conservada. Estacionamento com área coberta. Caipirinha muito gostosa. Pizza gostosa e com um bom preço.
− O quarto poderia estar um pouco melhor conservado. O WiFi não pegava muito bem no nosso quarto. O colchão era duro para o nosso gosto.
