5.0Locatia ok, aproape de mare. Curatenia si ambientul de pe holuri. Facilitatea gasirii unui loc de parcare.
− Bucataria neutilata, fara hota, plita si ustensile de gatit. Lipsa masina de spalat rufe. Curatenia in camera se face doar la cerere si in bataie de joc…poate o singura data pe parcursul a sapte nopti de cazare ni s-a comunicat de catre doamna ce se ocupa de curatenie. La fel, tot la cerere si cu zgârcenie, se fac completari cu hartie, gel de dus, inlocuit prosoape, etc. Scurgeri la evacuarea apei de la lavoar, si in ultima seara de cazare nu mai funcționa nici furnizarea apei calde. Zgomot mare provenit din imobil chiar in cursul amiezii, cand trebuia sa doarma cel mic.

8.0Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment equipped with AC in both rooms, smart TVs, and good Wi-Fi. The living room features a large pull-out sofa, and the bedroom bed is large and cozy. Generous balcony. Excellent location—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from Sofi Beach. Parking is available in front and back, with additional free parking near the beach if building spaces are full.
− Areas for improvement: No outdoor foot-rinse station at the building entrance/back coming back from the beach (though available at Sofi Beach). No washing machine in the room or building, which makes it tough for longer stays (like our 5-night stay) to wash swimsuits and towels. The bedroom lacks a wardrobe or dresser for clothes, forcing us to keep everything in suitcases or on the floor (the hallway wardrobe layout wasn't very functional). The kitchenette has a capsule coffee machine, but no microwave or electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. Limited initial supplies (only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper provided, so we had to buy more). Recommendations: Add more drying racks on the balcony, provide an electric kettle and microwave, and include a wardrobe/dresser in the bedroom.
