A real pity as this was obviously a nice flat in its time, but in my humble view things have been totally overlooked.

It’s location

− There are a few concerns that we have tbh. 1. The freezer was totally frozen up with ice could not use - the fridge too was iced up ! 2. The TV and its remote did not work 3. The sofa bed mattress is very badly stained The double bed mattress is extremely heavily stained also. 4. The sofa exterior is extremely stained. 5. Lots of empty glass bottles left on the patio - surprised as it states “ NO Parties” 6. The TV has a long red line down the centre of the screen. 7. Cupboard door loose- lounge 8. Toilet seat loose 9. Garden storage cupboard full of old junk type stuff. 10. The front door lock did not lock properly 11. Kitchen window surround has a gap around the frame. 12. Water in bathroom sink too ages to empty. I’m so disappointed as this was not what I was expecting especially considering the glowing verifications left by-supposed other travellers. We could not utilise the freezer or The fridge as it is over working - so would freeze the produce The TV is not working had a large blue line down the centre. The beds are off a real concern too I sent a message to the owner , they failed to come back to address the above issues saying “Please respond asap” After we checked out . I again left a message of dissatisfaction, this time they came back with an excuse as to why they had not responded There was little to no apology! All I got was “We will check for ourselves” “ they were surprised considering the previous glowing verifications left” But they did say “ thank you for bringing this to our attention “ Well you only get one chance to make the right impression. Unfortunately on this occasion it was a complete disaster, as it would appears that the issues were overlooked and not checked. We Could not watch TV. Beds and sofa were a real concern. It was clean and close to paceville and the beach, shops nearby and everything you could need

Good location, close to bus stops, supermarkets and the Saint Julians City. The host was very friendly and helped us with all our questions about the house. We didn't need to buy cleaning products, because the host provided them. The neighborhood is very quiet.
