10.0Overall our stay at Rotana was excellent. Good sized spacious clean room and bathroom for a family of 4. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and approachable. My only negative was that it is a bit of distance for ladies area in the haram. As ladies sections are top right and top left when facing the haram. There is no live egg station, but a variety of eggs are available on the breakfast buffet. And there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay on this side of the Haram.
