We enjoyed our vacation overall, but the campsite should provide more accurate information about it.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the campsite didn't quite live up to the pictures and description online. We were two couples staying in a mobile home. The mobile home was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The restaurant was also very nice, and the food was tasty, although some of the portions were a bit small.

− There were a few disappointing aspects. Some of the staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult at times. The main reason we chose this campsite was the beach. However, the photos on Booking.com show a sandy beach, while in reality it was covered with small rocks. We were told that they usually add sand every year, but this year they didn't, so the beach looked very different from what was advertised. Another issue was that the Booking.com listing stated that air conditioning was included, but after arriving we found out that you have to pay an additional fee to use it. The listing also describes the barbecue as fully equipped. However, the grill grate was not provided. When we asked for it, we were told we had to leave a €20 refundable deposit, and the grate would be inspected for cleanliness before the deposit was returned. While we had no issue with paying a refundable deposit, this should be clearly stated in the listing, just like the additional charge for the air conditioning. Finally, the garbage disposal policy was quite inconvenient. You could only dispose of trash during two one-hour time slots each day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Malý hezký kempik přímo u dog friendly pláže. Personál příjemný usměvavý. Mobilheim uplne nový čistý. Moderně vybavený. Spokojení my i pes. Vrátíme se zase 😃

− Domek z zewnątrz zardzewiały. Domek nie do końca posprzątany Lampa pod sufitem w kuchni oblepiona brudem od much .pod łóżkiem piach i kurz.deska sedesowa zepsuta wypadała z bólów.

− Leider kann ich diesen Campingplatz überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir direkt mit zum Teil unerwarteten Zusatzkosten für Klimaanlage + dessen Stromverbrauch, (Bettwäsche, Handtücher wobei uns das vorher schon klar war) konfrontiert. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir zudem mit einer Ameisenplage in unserem Mobilhome zu kämpfen, und unsere Bitte um Behebung wurde einfach ignoriert. Auch die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig, da die Klospülung und der Fernseher teilweise nicht funktionierten. Die Besitzerin des Campingplatz sowie ihr Sohn war äußerst unfreundlich, reagierte patzig auf unsere Beschwerden und wurde beleidigend. Zu allem Überfluss wurden wir abends sogar des Restaurantplatzes verwiesen, weil wir ‚nur‘ etwas trinken und nichts essen wollten. All das hat uns dazu bewegt die Unterkunft frühzeitig zu verlassen, wobei es dann weitere Probleme gab da sie uns die ungenutzten Tage trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt haben.
