The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, but what truly took my breath away was the amazing view—waking up to the Great Pyramids right outside my window was an experience I’ll never forget. The room service breakfast was excellent, always delivered on time and with care. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and always greeting us with a smile. It was also very easy to arrange tours and transportation through the hotel, which made exploring the area stress-free. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Great Pyramids, offering not only convenience but also a chance to see the real Egypt beyond the usual tourist spots. A special thanks to Adeel for making our stay even more memorable. His personalized tours, kind attention, and even hosting us for dinner made a lasting impression. He is not only knowledgeable and professional but also a truly wonderful human being.
